On May 19th, the 2023 Academic Annual Meeting and Power Disaster Prevention and Reduction Technology Forum of the Professional Committee of Electric Power Disaster Prevention and Reduction of the Chinese Society of Electrical Engineering were grandly held in Wuhan. This conference focuses on the theme of "disaster prevention and reduction in the power grid, promoting the development of power safety". Key technologies such as natural disaster prevention and control of transmission lines, energy storage fire prevention and safety, and lightning monitoring and early warning in the power grid were extensively discussed, and brilliant speeches were delivered by relevant industry experts.
