This scheme monitors the power frequency voltage, current, and high-frequency fault traveling waves of the power line, and adopts advanced traveling wave detection technology to achieve functions such as monitoring the discharge of insulation hazards in distribution lines, precise positioning of fault towers, and perfectly solve the problem of selecting and accurately locating common grounding faults.

The monitoring terminal monitors the line traveling wave and power frequency signal data in real time and online, collects, preprocesses and edge computing the data through the collection unit, and sends the data encrypted to the distribution automation master station to realize load monitoring, ground fault selection, fault precise positioning, and insulation hidden danger early warning and other functions.
