The inaugural meeting of the IEEEPES DC Power System Technical Committee and the 2018 High Voltage DC Transmission Technology Forum, hosted by Southern Power Grid Corporation and IEEE Power and Energy Society (PES) and hosted by Ultra High Voltage Corporation, was held in Guangzhou. More than 400 expert representatives from domestic and foreign technical organizations, enterprises, universities, and research institutes attended the meeting, including Saifur Rahman, Chairman of IEEE PES, Bo Zhiqian, Chairman of China, Xie Liangliang, Vice Chairman of China Society of Electrical Engineering.

Our company signed a technology achievement agreement for the ground wire melting ice fault diagnosis device at the meeting with Southern Power Grid Ultra High Voltage Company, marking the advanced technology and significant application effect of the ground wire melting ice fault diagnosis device jointly developed by our company and Southern Power Grid Ultra High Voltage Company. This product will be further applied nationwide, providing a reliable solution for diagnosing DC de icing faults on transmission lines nationwide.
